'Crazy to be Lazy' Puppet Collaboration

Having had such a success with our previous collaboration, Shirley Eason approached me with a brief to create several specific illustrated scenes I then made into a film as a rolling backdrop for the Church on the Heath, Fleet puppets to 'act' in front of.

I had free reign when it came to the style of the illustrations.  I choose to have a vintage theme for my images, going with a 1950s American style car which I also animated using digital stop motion,  a vintage sweet jar, a 1960s/70s cash register, like the one in my grandparents shop, a 1980s computer and a 1990s/early 2000s boardroom.

Once again,  we had to work remotely, as this was created during the first lockdown of 2020.  It was a joy to work with Shirley and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Collaborating like this is always such fun.
